Ryan Bramwell has spent over two decades working in the glazing industry, helping Auckland homeowners improve the comfort, warmth and performance of their homes.
Interestingly, Ryan's journey in the glazing industry began creating custom sandblasted designs on glass. What started as a creative and highly skilled area of glazing soon developed into a lifelong career working with residential glass, timber windows and retrofit double glazing.
After gaining experience across the industry, Ryan became co-owner of an Auckland glazing company in 2008. Over the following 15 years, he helped grow and manage the business while working closely with homeowners throughout Auckland.
At the end of 2023, Ryan stepped away from the business and established The Glaziers Ltd. His goal was simple: to create a more personal, owner-operated business where customers know their home is in trusted and skilled hands.
Today, Ryan personally handles consultations, quotations and installations, bringing decades of practical experience, honest advice and quality workmanship to every project.
A Career Built Around Glass
Early 2000s - Ryan began his glazing career creating custom sandblasted glass designs before expanding into residential glazing and timber window work.
2008 – 2023 - Ryan became the co-owner of a well known glazing company and spent 15 years helping build and manage one of Auckland's well-known retrofit double glazing businesses while working on thousands of projects across the region.
End of 2023 - Chose to leave the business and establish a more personal, owner-operated company focused on honest advice and quality workmanship.
2024 - Founded The Glaziers Ltd. with his wife Emma.
Today - Today, Ryan personally carries out consultations, prepares every quotation and completes every installation himself, bringing decades of practical experience, honest advice and quality workmanship to every project.
Why Ryan Started The Glaziers Ltd.
After many years managing a larger glazing business, I wanted to return to what I enjoy most — working directly with homeowners and giving honest advice.
The Glaziers was built around a simple philosophy: Treat every home as if it were my own.
As an owner-operated business, customers deal directly with me (and occasionally my wife, Emma) from the initial consultation through to installation. There are no salespeople, no unnecessary upselling and no pressure.
Just honest advice, quality workmanship and solutions tailored to your home.
