Ryan, our director, brings over 24 years of industry experience to The Glaziers. Having previously owned and managed a medium-sized retrofit double glazing company and glass factory with a team of 14, Ryan has built an impressive skill set in management, problem-solving, sales, and timber frame retrofitting. With hands-on experience both in the workshop and out in the field, he understands every aspect of the business from start to finish.
Ryan’s true passion lies in delivering top-tier craftsmanship. By launching The Glaziers, he’s able to focus on what matters most: exceptional quality and a personal, hands-on service. Meet Emma: The Engine Behind the Scenes
Emma has been an essential partner to Ryan, working alongside him in his previous business for the past five years. With her background in marketing, customer service, and sales, Emma handles the day-to-day operations that keep The Glaziers running smoothly. From office management and marketing, to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, Emma takes care of it all. You might even spot her quoting jobs from time to time, don't worry though, she's been taught by the best!
