Meet Ryan: The Man Behind the Glass
Ryan Bramwell, our director, brings over 20 years of industry experience to The Glaziers. Having previously owned and managed a medium-sized retrofit double glazing company and glass factory with a team of 14, Ryan has built an impressive skill set in management, problem-solving, sales, and timber frame retrofitting. With hands-on experience both in the workshop and out in the field, he understands every aspect of the business from start to finish.
Ryan’s true passion lies in delivering top-tier craftsmanship. By launching The Glaziers Ltd., he’s able to focus on what matters most: exceptional quality and a personal, hands-on service. When you choose The Glaziers, it’s Ryan who will be quoting your job and installing your windows, so you can have complete confidence that your home is in trusted, expert hands.
Meet Emma: The Engine Behind the Scenes
Emma Bramwell, is not only Ryan's wife, but she's worked alongside him for many years now. Firstly at his previous business and now she's the magic behind the scenes at The Glaziers Ltd. With her background in marketing, customer service, and sales, Emma handles the day-to-day operations that keep us running smoothly. From accounts, office management and marketing, to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, Emma takes care of it all. You might even spot her quoting jobs from time to time, don't worry though, she's been taught by the best!
A fun fact about Emma is that she has a Bachelor in Art and Design and alongside working on their family business, she also home educates their oldest child.
Together, Ryan and Emma bring a perfect balance of skills to the table, creating a business that not only delivers outstanding results but also makes sure every client feels welcomed, informed, and at ease throughout the entire process.
